2. Process Principles

 


Process: The tartaric acid obtained from the ion exchange process first goes through high-pressure reverse osmosis concentration. When the concentrated liquid reaches a certain concentration, it enters subsequent desalination treatment, and dialysis fluid will enter into the primary low-pressure reverse osmosis for concentration and recovery of tartaric acid. The concentrated liquid returns to high-pressure reverse osmosis, and dialysis fluid will enter into the secondary low-pressure reverse osmosis. Finally it produces water for reuse, and the concentrated liquid will return to the primary low-pressure reverse osmosis.
