1. Service Commitment
For systems available to customers, technical support services are provided. It is responsible for training customer equipment operations and maintenance technicians. This training includes on-site operation and maintenance staff training, until operators can independently operate and maintain equipment, including conventional fault diagnosis and overhaul and so on.

With the exception of consumable materials, the warranty period lasts one year following the completion of the installation (12 months). When the equipment has major technical or mechanical failures, it is necessary to timely notify our company by fax. When we receive the written notice of the demand side, we will make response in 8 hours. If it is necessary to operate on-site, we will send technical personnel to the scene to help solve technical or mechanical failures within 24 hours.

We sell imported membrane core, cleaning agents and other accessories of various models.
