Extracting from the pre-filtration enters into the ceramic membrane microfiltration system, removes residual insoluble particulate and macromolecular impurities in the feed solution, clarifies the extract, and improves product purity. The filtrate filtered through the ceramic membrane enters into the RO system for concentration. Primary RO membrane system can concentrate the ceramic membrane filtrate to the concentration of solids and supply it to the subsequent cation column continuous ion exchange system; after primary RO treatment, the dialysis fluid enters into secondary RO for concentration and filtration treatment, recovers residual products and returns to primary RO system. Secondary RO dialysate is reused for extraction, ceramic membrane cover washing and continuous ion exchange washing process to realize water recycling.
Compared to the conventional fixed-bed system, the continuous ion exchange system can save about 50% of the acid, alkali and water consumption. At the same time, the system can be fully controlled, which can reduce personnel operating strength, loss incurred by incorrect personnel manipulation and labor costs.
